Posted February 27, 2012 BANGKOK (Feb 27, 11:45 a.m. ET) -- Thailand-based Indorama Ventures Public Co. Ltd. (IVL) has acquired 51 percent stake in Beverage Plastics (Holdings) Ltd. (BPL) in North Ireland.
The stake was acquired through indirect subsidiary, Beacon Trading (UK) Ltd., IVL said in a brief statement filed with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
The acquisition details were not disclosed in the announcement, but IVL has been strategically acquiring assets in major markets.
BPL produces packaging for soft drinks and mineral waters. |
