Engel North America reports that Montel Plastics Ltd. has added MuCell technology to its two-platen Engel duo injection molding press with 2,500 tons of clamping force.
Montel Plastics, with factories in Oldcastle, Ontario, and Shenzhen, China, specializes in testing injection molds, pre-production mold testing, in-mold decorating, in-mold decorating, film insert molding and gas-assisted molding.
The MuCell-equipped press will be used for mold trials and mold and material testing.
